GBIf I could give negative stars I would Placed the order on June 15 never received never heard anything. So I called at the end of June and they said my items were on backorder. By Mid July I still had not heard from or seen my items so I called back. Items were still on backorder and no one had ever called or emailed me to let me know anything. Very dissatisfied!

GBI did not receive my package & I did… I did not receive my package & I did not get a confirmation email from you, but paid for it and nobody is picking up the phone

GBOrdering was easy Ordering was easy, price was great and the item was delivered very quickly. However when I received the item, I realized I had purchased the wrong size and immediately contacted customer service to see if it would be possible to exchange for the correct size. She told me that she would need to have the internet person call me back. But she did help me decide on a replacement that would work. The problem now is that they never called me back. I just gave the product away to someone that could use them. I chose not to repurchase the correct size since there was no return call

GBThey're right on the ball There was a little confusion regarding our shipping. They quickly phoned to straighten it out before shipping and then shipped the item that day. We appreciated their verifying the information, many companies would have just shipped and we'd still be waiting for the merchandise.

GBYour order will be cancelled without notice if THEY misprice an item I was checking out their available items and found some products in their online catalog that were unusually inexpensive so, I ordered them. I assumed since it was available to order and I had it in my cart, put my credit card in for payment and completed the ordering process that I would receive them. Most times when a legitimate company makes a mistake they honor the price and update the page/sku after it's found by a customer. Well, not the packaging group. They cancelled the orders with ZERO correspondence!! No fulfilled order, no "thank you for finding our mistake" and partially filling the order, not even a "we can't fill your order because of a price discrepency." No communication at all. Very rude and unappreciative. The errors were fixed soon after. You're welcome The Packaging Group, apparently you guys don't honor your online pricing or value people calling out your mistakes.
