Good company, very good service, but they could communicate a bit better. I had a good experience with this company. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they need to work on communication a bit, although this was partly my fault because I was totally ignorant about how car haulers work. Also there was some confusion about exactly when pickup and dropoff would happen. But, at the end of the day, they picked up the car on time and delivered the car within two days. No damage was done to the car, and nothing was stolen. I appreciate their service and would use them again. Very quick service for a journey of around 1K miles.

Still No Refund a d Blackmail I filed a review against this company a few weeks ago..And have been waiting for my refund of my deposit..When talking to their finance dept ,I was told that they don't need my money and I was saying g well why are you not sendind it back?They told me to take down my review first and they will refund my money ..Have you ever heard such a thing?They want to blackmail me to receive my own money back...US Car Go Freight should be banned from doing business period..And I will keep writing reviews every week until I am paid my money...My next step is to take them to court..It's not the mo ey,It's the principles of it all...

Never showed up…I’m not sure where these reviewscame… I’m not sure where these reviews came from but a quick search on the better business bureau gives a clearer view of this company. They bait you with a low price but never contact you or show up to complete the work. This company requires a deposit with a signed contract but you will have trouble with the refund. CHOOSE ANOTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY. This may be a scam
