Outstanding Customer Service I have been working with The Custom Box Packaging quite a bit lately and have been so impressed not only with their outstanding customer service, but their finished product as well. Nancy, is my account manager and is very responsive, helpful and always on top of my orders. I ask her millions of questions and she is patient and answers every single one of them. She is flexible and very easy to work with. The custom boxes are top notch and the process is seamless.
