All in all All in all, things went perfectly considering what it could of been. I'm so happy with everything that has been done by US household moving and storage. From first contact they are receptive and listen to all of your needs. Our free estimate was very accurate and they asked many questions to understand exactly what we needed done with our move. Good job.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Not sure who wrote the previous reviews but ask questions, they are not a moving company! You should absolutely stay away from these scammers. Do yourself a favor and find a real and legitimate moving company, they are not that. In fact they are not at all a moving company, just a middle man that tacks on 100% and subs out a moving company and walks away. They took advantage of my wife left to handle details in a shameful way. I won't spend time with the whole story but, here are the attributes you can expect. Inaccurate at best, shady and most likely just crooked.

Reliable, Affordable and Transparent Us Household Moving & Storage was the exact company I was looking for to satisfy my long distance moving needs from Chicago to San Francisco. My moving manager gave me accurate deadlines that clearly depicted the pick up and drop off dates I could realistically expect. I am extremely grateful in my decision to pick this company for the job. All of my things arrived intact. I was never distracted from the truth or misled in any way. You have nothing to fear with this moving company.

They've done everything we wanted so I… They've done everything we wanted so I have no complaints. My precious Pottery was securely delivered and not one piece was damaged which was my biggest concern. I think Mark for being very receptive answering all of my questions because I know I can be sometimes annoying. If you have a chance to use these movers I recommend you do so because you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Terrible Company: Do Not Use Contacted US Household moves about 6 weeks back for a move, dealt with John and got an estimate for the move. I was notified I would be able to amend the final list however fast forward a week before my move and US Household only allowed me to add to the list but not subtract. They also required an additional deposit for their drivers to come out. Completely useless and unethical company and I should have done my homework before hiring them. I won't make this mistake again and will never be using their services ever. Hopefully you guys learn from my mistake. Zero stars does not exist, but that is what they really deserve
