The BEST in Whittier!! So… I went to every self storage facility in Whittier, La Habra area. 80% of them I, found to be filthy 99.9% I, found to have horrible customer service. Until I came across Light House Self Storage. I, called the office she answered the phone the first time I called (their competitor answer the phone the second or third time I called) She was patient, she walked me through their Operation hours, Unit locations etc. needless to say I rented here because customer service, location and cleanliness are very important when renting a storage unit. Great job ladies and thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Hands-down the best Self Storage in Whittier.

Very nice storage site clean well lit… Very nice storage site clean well lit area climate control site.I put my sister things there after her death very please and I also recived a discount wish they were in the Texas area would use again Mary Jarrow Houston Texas.

Only 3 months ... Only 3 months in and not once have they sent a reminder, sent an email for paid invoice AND raised the fee without notice! This was supposed to be a 12 month special. Therefore I'm filing a complaint with CFPB abd FTC. I have had it with the price fixing, increased unjustified rate fees and no maintenance at storage units!

I am thrilled with this spacious and… I am thrilled with this spacious and easily accessed new storage facility in West Palm Beach. Glad I was able to move in while initial discounts were offered. It's filling up real fast and at their regular rates were considerably less than I was paying at a lless desirable facility! I am a Happy Customer after only 2 weeks!!!

Top Notch Storage Facility Carla is a perfect representation for this facility. She is kind, courteous and professional. She took the time to show us our options. The facility is clean and well lit. Hand trucks are available to make moving in and out easy. They even have a moving truck available free of charge when moving the big stuff! Just replace the gas. And of course it is within a certain mile radius that you get it for free. Climate controlled, clean, safe and easy access were important to us and Lighthouse hit them all. We are extremely happy with our choice.
