We adopted over a year ago and once turned "on", Essential combined all our shipping needs under one easy to manage integrated platform. Editing settings is easy, adding services a breeze and if anything "isn't" working, all we have to do is let them know and they respond. Great customer care and followup but more important, problem "solving". In this day and age, that goes a long way!

A Bottle Neck in the shipping process Essential Hub may be fine for shippers but not so fine for recipients. The took three full days to move my package 29 miles from Rancho Cucamonga to City of Industry.
