GBThe service is terrible! The people operating the storage at my location provide terrible service and cost me a lot of extra money. I signed the lease in the late afternoon over a weekend and told the operators I would move in on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, my storage area was locked and I could not get access. This forced the movers to come back a second day and cost me over $500 extra. When I told the operator of the facility what happened he said he could not take my word and I needed proof from the movers. I provided the proof from the movers but the operator NEVER responded to me. The people working there are rude and unresponsive.
