GBNot impressed yet. On December 17th when I rented the unit, I was assured that the broken rollup door would be repaired on the following Friday or Saturday. It was not. When I stopped by on the 22nd to point this out, I was told that they would have somebody fix it on the 26th , or 27th. When I stopped by on the 31st to let them know that it had STILL not been fixed, I was told they were having trouble getting someone to come by. I understand that we are in the middle of the holidays, and this could be a problem, but in the meantime: 1. I do not have full use of my available area 2. I have submitted 1 of my 2 lock keys to the office for access. 3. Every time that I need access, I have to lift a 100+ pound door, that is unsprung , and can come falling down with the least provocation. These conditions are all unacceptable, and I would expect my rates to be discounted accordingly until the problems can be fixed.

GBVery good location with good service I have been using this facility for a number of years. Although the management has constantly changed the overall service has been friendly and very cooperative.

GBExcellent customer service If you need extra storage I recommend seabrook storage. The managers are friendly, efficient, and maintain the units. I am confident our belongings are safe.
