My experience I wanted to make this due to the other reviews on here. I just received my first parcel using Ship7, and contrary to the others on here I didn't have any bad experiences really. Mostly everyone is talking about the change they made only providing 7 days of free storage. While this can be a problem for some, me only shipping out a single package from the US they did fully proclaim all the exclaims they made (faster shipping). After receiving my parcel they registered it under my mailbox near instantly and worked on shipping it to me. The only issue I had was that I initially had it sent to their Delaware address which according to them was full, so they had to transfer it to their other New Jersey location. Maybe a heads up before placing the order instead of wasting time on this, but it wasn't a big issue for me as it arrived at the other location swiftly without any hiccups. So if you're distressed looking for a freight forwarder like I was a month ago and you're sceptical about these reviews, as a regular shopper I wouldn't refrain from choosing Ship7.

I have tried most of the international… I have tried most of the international shipping services and finally, I found Ship7! The service is fast and the prices are amazing, also you can choose from many carriers, I found 6 shipping services to Saudi Arabia! with different prices and delivery duration. Also, They provide you with Delaware address which is cheaper since you pay no tax.

The downfall of this service It's been great so far. However, I was surprised to see that the 60 days of free storage was drastically reduced to 7. There's no way to make shipment cost-effective this way for the customers. Moreover, they take on average 2 days minimum to scan (even in the NJ warehouse show your parcel on your account, taking days from you. This was not an issue when you had 2 months of free storage but now? It's not worth it. It's frustrating because I did a couple of preorders with this warehouse, I'll check if it's possible to change the address because this is not useful anymore.

I lost money because i must send my postage immideatelly without waiting another. Also I must spend my time to inform all peopes that I recommend this service to stop use it. DEAD SERVICE. I've used Ship7 for some time now I've used Ship7 for some time now, and always enjoy receiving my packages. The instructions when merging packages perfectly. If something gets damaged during transportation, they are always helpful and pu company that I used. Customer Service are always helpful and even sometimes replies outside of their b if I should say anything negative with this company, it's that they don't ship danger example fragrance mist) but that is clearly stated on their webpage, so that didn't co surprise. if you follow their policy, you will see that they sometimes goes above and beyond fo customers.
