Decent experience They were able to help with a complicated shipment. They did charge a heavy premium to ensure the delivery, and the shipper they used didn’t follow all instructions, resulting in additional delays, but that was beyond this companies control.

Delays Updated: Mike reached out to me discuss my original review. We discussed the roles and responsibilities of his company (the broker) and the transport company (the driver). I agree with him that the transport company bore the lion’s share of responsibility of the issues. I do think the broker had some responsibility as well, but I appreciate that Mike took the time to call me, apologize, inform me what they would be doing in the future to prevent a repeat scenario. I believe in good faith, honesty, and second chances. Because of this, I would use IWL again. A company that will deal with you directly is rare these days, and they are only going to get better. Seemed to be some communication issues… Seemed to be some communication issues (with me as well as, others involved) as so many entities have their hand in the transaction. Would be nice if someone would call and give a general explanation of how things will transact; especially if it's the first time engaging a transport company.

I ordered a Toyota Camry from Copart… I ordered a Toyota Camry from Copart auto auction, which needed to be transported to Poti, Georgia. Local companies were quoting supernaturally high prices. However, Innovative Ways managed to transport it across the Atlantic Ocean with care, and the price was surprisingly affordable. I am very happy, and all Copart brokers in Georgia and in Armenia can't believe that it was possible at that price. Thank you.
