Super Easy to use Boox makes it a super easy process to send off your gently used items. All I did (well, really my wife did) was package up my items and placed the provided shipping label on the box and dropped it off at the post office. I was later contacted by a Boox rep to let me know how much I would receive for donating my items. Super easy.

I love this company! I love this company! Their "Declutter"service, I feel is the best one out there. They payout soon after your items are processed, so no waiting weeks on your money. Plus their payouts are very reasonable. I feel they appreciate their customers more than other services I've used. Everyone that I've dealt with is so friendly and pleasant, it's refreshing to know someone loves their job. I highly recommend Boox Declutter your closet service, you're not only getting paid for your unused items but more importantly you're helping your environment by recycling.

Boox clothing recycling is AWESOME I just used the Boox clothing recycling program and it was awesome!!! Fast and easy and simple. I sent in a bunch of old jeans. They emailed me the postage label, I printed it, and off it went. In about 5 days I got a notice that they received it and were evaluating it. Then another day later I got an offer. I accepted and 24 hours later I had the money in my PayPal account. So simple! Way better and more easy efficient than selling on ThredUP, Facebook Marketplace or Poshmark. Love love.

-5 stars -5 stars. It doesn’t even earn a star. I don’t know if these people were paid to say these things, but I had a terrible, horrible experience. I sent a declutter box of designer jeans- 12 of them; rag and bone, citizens of humanity, and I got a measly $54. Hardly worn and in perfect condition. I asked why and he just said the payout is this. It took 2 months for a follow up and a reply. And the “CEO” was the one who replied to the emails. No customer service etiquette. False advertisement on Instagram where I found the company, said high payout blah blah blah. But if $2 a pair is considered high, then you’re better off selling it yourself.
