Best self storage facility in the Harrisburg area. Outstanding service by office staff (Carrie and Rachel). They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The facility is secure and very clean and has good access.

Since it was my first time renting a storage unit; and I knew nothing about it, both the site manager and the customer service rep gladly placed me into an affordable unit with ease. AMAZING!!! Words cannot express my gratitude towards Greta and Carrie. They have made this moving experience so much smoother. Both gave me such great tips on how/what/when to pack my house and then the unit. I never once felt sold to and feel like they helped me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know what that was. The location is well lit, units are clean and easy to access. Exceeded my expectations.
