Challenging delivery issue, resolved quickly Last night I got a confirmation that the recipient received the Bottle of Scotch and greeting card in the UK. I'm so glad that they solved my overseas gifting challenge. I was considering for the next year to look for another website, but as Drinkable Gifts took care about the reported issue with the address, surely I will come back to use their service again and again.

Seamless online transaction I came across this website by chance, while searching for gifts for my boys abroad. I made one phone call and was apprised of all needed information. Did transaction easily and requested edelivery on Christmas morning. Everything was handled timely. Customer experience was very satisfactory.

Never again. I ordered a gift for my daughter on Dec. 8, 2022. I was given an option on when I wanted it delivered so I chose Dec. 23, 2022. She received it on Jan. 4, 2023. I read and understood that deliveries around Christmas may not get there in time. Here's where I found what the problem was. Drinkable gifts uses Purolator who claimed that they called and tried delivery 2x. My daughter was home on those days and never received a call or notice. I guess this review is really against the delivery company, but I still feel that Drinkable gifts has some responsibility once the order leaves the "warehouse". I will never use them again.

Genuine care and concern for customers :) Covid-19 has been devastating for all services, and although we had problems with an order failing to make it on time (due to supplier issues in Malaysia - which might be something they can and should focus and improve on) but DrinkableGifts provide some of the best customer service I have ever received and this problem was sorted out right away with a full return. They really care about their customers and I will definitely give them a shot again in the future. Thanks a lot guys. Recommended.
