ESExcellent service I have used several of the well known music distribution platforms over the past 12 years for both digital and physical distribution and recently switched to Trepstar for my physical CD fulfillment. I have been highly impressed with the level of service. The turnaround time is excellent and with a very favorable price. Customer service is excellent too with a very quick response to queries. I was forced to find a new physical CD distributor when CD Baby ceased to offer this service, I tried Artglider for a couple of months but was not fully satisfied with their turnaround times and response times to queries. Trepstar have ticked every box for me, I am a very happy Trepstar customer.

SEProduct worked, while ariving in poor condition. Got my CD scrathed (still playable, just asthetically ugly) in my two fold, which was crookedly bent, so that the corners don't touch each other. The cover also hade sticky finger prints on it, and the print on the CD itself had airbubles underneath it. First time ordering, and probably won't revisit; feelt very amature.
