best storage units/facility I've ever seen! Being a veteran means I've seen my fare share of storage facilities. The ezStorage on 434 Ritchie Hwy, in Arnold, MD is BY FAR the nicest storage facility I've ever seen! Fairly priced, easy accessibility, clean inside and out! And to top it all off, I have never had a bad experience with anyone working their. They've been nothing but kind, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to store their their things in a safe and secure place!

Ivon and Juan are first-rate managers… Ivon and Juan are first-rate managers (and people). They are exceptionally organized, helpful, professional, smart and thorough. They are a great asset for the E-Z Storage in Ellicott City...also, this is my first experience with E-Z Storage - love the business model, with clean, well-lit, safe, climate-controlled, secure and easy access (and plenty of carts, all in good condition!).

Candi does a great job with her… Candi does a great job with her customer service and the place is kept very clean. As a result I am a repeat customer. This is my third time using ezstorage Chantilly. I would recommend to all my friends. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee in Candi, she makes the place.
