The associate then advised on how to enhance my images and proceed with the order. This associate was dedicated to me throughout the sales and order process. I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes… I was a bit hesitant to buy boxes without seeing a physical sample first so the rep suggested that they could make a physical sample but this project was pretty rush so I opted for their 3D Render option which was free of charge and gave me a better idea than the online configurator in terms of colors, the boxes came out just like it, really happy with this experience. Once we selected our box and design (which was so easy to do), I received contact from Phil--he was my account manager. There were a few issues with some of our artwork, but Phil went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied with the end product.
