Paul is a superhero Paul is a superhero! This is my first experience buying packaging for my products and he was beyond helpful and patient. I had been really driven and excited to order packaging when personal issues and health issues got in the way. When I reached back out to Paul, I honestly expected the same treatment I got from other companies I had shopped around from: ghosting. And, honestly, I understand! The chaos that has plagued me the last few weeks has become laughable because of the ridiculousness of it all. But Paul was welcoming and supportive in my endeavor! He got the design and style right on the first bout and worked within my meager budget. I truly hope my brand takes off soon so I can continue to work with Custom Packaging Lane and Paul 🙌🏽

WORST PACKAGING EXPERIENCE EVER I could not write a worse review about Custom Packaging Lane. We paid our 50% deposit at the beginning of July with express shipping for a delivery 2 weeks later, but jokes on us. Custom Packaging Lane not only delivered our packaging 2.5 MONTHS LATE, but the packaging was COMPLETELY WRONG - wrong material, the designs were ALL misprinted and were crooked, the Custom Packaging Lane removed our tear notches off of ALL 50,000 sachets and now our team is hand punching ALL 50,000 units. Do not even get me started on the tracking of the packaging. Custom Packaging Lane employee, Jane, continued for MONTHS to send us wrong tracking links going to completely different states, fake tracking links, and wrong tracking links of completely different packaging to cover her own tracks KNOWING that our packaging was not shipped. If you are looking to be wronged and receive the WORST packaging you have ever seen, then Custom Packaging Lane is for you.

He was extremely accommodating and helpful with our request, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we received our custom tuck boxes on time for our event. The final product was exactly what we'd hoped for.
