Awful Awful - gave me a guaranteed pick up date via UShip (which means pre payment) spoke to them - they told me Tuesday eve or wed am pick up. A week and a bit later I called to check when car was arriving they said they hadn't picked it up and weren't able to. Car is costing me daily to store without me even knowing it. Told me they'd call me back yesterday - didn't and aren't replying to emails now.

Texas to Ohio in 2 days and not one blemish on the Mercedes C300. What a great experience, from the start to the finish. I’m 63 and a car guy, so is my wife. We both enjoy driving fun spirited cars and I’m sure we will be back again. Buying a car from Texas and living in Ohio with confidence is easier than many would think. We used Tony Marino at Auto Investigation to get a third party inspection. Keep in mind that we all see things differently. Tony’s detailed report highlighted only a couple of additional small issues. E Car One touched-up a couple of smaller blemishes and did oil change, what a treat. Ultra Auto Transport got the car to us in 2 days which is incredible service too. The driver took great care in lowering the car so as to not scrap the front spoiler. Very clean and polite driver.
