Excellent shipping experience with Ship Auto Now I was at first hesitant to use Ship Auto Now LLC after few Co raised prices on me. Thankfully I didn’t pay deposit so I didn’t loose anything. I don’t recommend to pay deposit BEFORE they confirm they have actual driver at the price they quoted. Only than pay deposit. Rebecca from Ship Auto now stood by her word to charge me amount she quoted. She quickly got me a confirmed driver. She emailed me agreement and even couple more emails clarifying few questions I asked her. My car was transported and delivered pretty quickly and without problems. She than followed up if my car arrived and was there for me when I needed her. Definitely recommend her !

David Smith David Smith! I am a retired customer service rep of 42 1/2 yrs! David is Mr Customer Service! Efficient, Knowledgeable, honest Reliable & he listens! David is super when it comes to Empathy! He puts himself in customers shoes! He constantly reminded me “ I’m here for you!” David Smith was with me from Start to Finish! He even called me to make sure I got my car & that it was in good shape! What a gentleman & what a company !

Scam I ordered a transport they originally charged me 750.00 then the day they were going to pick up my car, they had mechanical problems and said they were going to get a new driver and the price increased to 1450.00 now that I do not want this company picking up my car they want to charge me a cancellation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or Sophia Johnson!!

Fair quote great service. The quote was fair and remained the same upon arrival. No hidden fees or issues. Arrived when promised. No complaints. Drivers were friendly, professional and courteous. Will recommend.
