You need to make some changes!!! Zero customer retention due to unreasonable price hike every 4 months. No trash can on site (Santee, CA). The access panel to punch in the code is hard to reach on exit. The "mandatory" protection plan is useless and unnecessary for people that don't need it. I moved from 10x10 to 10x5 to 5x5 and the only reason I still have a storage unit is because of high sealing on the 3rd floor. Can't talk to anyone (because they need to reach out to supervisor, or regional manager 1st for approval). No onsite parking enforcement. People park however they want. Homeless people on site: from using toilet to simply roaming around walking through an unlocked walking door/gate. Shall I go on?

Great facility/service, typical unfair/dishonest practices Great location and great service. I’ve had multiple units here and always feel my things are safe in this clean and secure facility. The staff have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. The only cons are typical of any storage facility: Continuous rent increases every 6 months or so. And the highway robbery they get away with by rounding up their unit sizes. At one point I had a “ 5’X5’ “ that measured 50” X 54” I understand rounding to the nearest whole foot, but rounding up ten inches is flat out dishonest.

We have been speaking with them from out of state so trusting the rest of our experience when we get on site will be equally great!

I’ve had an amazing experience… I’ve had an amazing experience so far with Price Self Storage. I booked my unit online and got a follow-up call to confirm within just a few minutes. I went down the next day and spent a brief moment filling out paperwork and then got my storage unit. When I opened it up, everything was clean and tidy. From outside I could see cameras had eyes on the roll up door and that gave a good sense of security. I had the pleasure to use the complimentary moving truck and found that to be really helpful, too. So far my interactions with Jason, Leah, and Ally have been outstanding. Everyone in the office is very helpful and personable.

I looked at several storage unit places… I looked at several storage unit places and found Price Self Storage to be fantastic! The customer service they provided was above and beyond what I expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. There are many perks to using this facility and I’m happy I chose this facility. I would definitely recommend using this place.
