GBGreat for new and old Amazon sellers and can take constructive feedback This is a revision of a previous review. As a new Amazon seller and my first time importing goods into the United States, I enjoyed my experience shipping with Unicargo. Specifically, I very much enjoyed the hassle-free nature of their services. Shipping quotes were always created quickly, emails are replied to in a timely manner, and communication along each step of the process improved gradually, with serious communication improvements near the end of the process. My goods were picked up very quickly, and the import process into the United States was a breeze. In fact, I never touched any paperwork whatsoever! (This varies by product.) Not to mention, the staff is very professional and will attend to your every need. If it sounds like I am not impressed by Unicargo's services, trust me, I am. There is only one significant reason that I deducted a star, and that is due to the difficult and expensive nature of their warehousing and storage solutions. Specifically, I was unimpressed by the pricing structure, especially the minimum quantity fees, and I was also disappointed with the lack of communication in regards to how much I'd be charged. Due to this, I will not be using their warehousing service again. Overall, I highly recommend you give Unicargo a shot. If you're a midsize business, I'm sure that the warehousing may work for you; it just didn't work for me. In addition, I'd be more than happy to add a star depending on my next experiences shipping with Unicargo. So far, I can only appreciate how much they're working to improve their service and my experience. I look forward to working with Unicargo again in the near future.

GBGreat communication! I have no complaints whatsoever regarding your service. You have been incredibly helpful, attentive, efficient and responsive at every turn. I was given a key point of contact and had direct access to send and receive messages with this operator (Adam) via the freightos platform. Communication with Adam was excellent. This was very reassuring. There were some customs delays which required updated documents for the customs agent and lots of contact with the shipper. This was organised very well. Responses were quick and efficient and personal. I so appreciate all your help and support and your efficient responses. Thank you Unicargo!

AUWe won’t be using them again We were very disappointed in Unicargo. Our suppliers were told they needed to supply certain documents only days out, our products were packed poorly, communication was terrible and then they had the cheek to try charge us extra for the delivery taking too long when this was 100% due to their poor planning.
