They worked with us to ensure that the packaging that we ordered fit our product. They also worked with our design to come up with a very pleasing logo. Everything Turned Out Great Let me first start off sharing that ALL businesses go through changes. I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics. Then in stepped George. He was apologetic and went above and beyond to get my art corrected and provided me options that turned out better than expected. The communication was much better and I got my product boxes. Had I started off with George, this would absolutely be a 5-Star review. I will renew my orders with them when I need more boxes.

I believe communication tat slowed down slightly after payment. But overall with the difficulty of the design and actual product turned out great and will be ordering again with just some slight adjustments!
