They did a great job with the quote and the specific requests I had for when to ship by, and a "no earlier than" delivery date. I did the request a earlier than needed, so some type of followup or confirmation would have been helpful when first submitted. But everything went smoothly and my car is now in her new home!

The late morning the car was to be picked up, I got a text from the driver, asking me if I had booked with other companies. I told him no, this was the only company I'd booked with and I was counting on him to transport my car. He told me I had booked with other companies--basically calling me a liar--and canceled! At the last minute! Frantic--I was flying out the next morning--I called ABC and told them what had happened. I told them I needed them to find another transporter, and that I expected to pay the same price. The fee went up $400, and someone did pick up the car early the next morning. This whole thing was very upsetting and unprofessional, and significantly more expensive than originally planned. Order Number 11379980.
