Kudos to Kat! I changed units at the Huntington Beach facility and Kat provided excellent service. She was beyond helpful, making the transition very easy. The facility is so clean and safe. I am happy to be a customer with Storage Outlet. Please give Kat five stars and a raise!

My opinion Secure area, units are reconverted shipping containers (which might concern those with heat sensitive items) but for the money is within value.
