Movement and delivery took longer than usual, but I explain this by the fact that there were holidays in both the USA and Russia. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this service and do not see anything better today. I will continue to use your services. Thank you!

The parcel came safe and quick I have been using this service for few years. I am satisfied with the service and opportunity to track my parcel every step of the way. The customer service is also great through e-mail. Last time I had a problem with my parcel, because my husband sent it through UPS instead of USPS as it was registered. I was worried that I might lose my parcel. But they tracked it for me. Unfortunately I had to pay for it's return, but I was glad that it came safely back, so I could resend it.
