To say that Tim went above and beyond… To say that Tim went above and beyond is an understatement. After first looking at the challenge, he revisited his resources and came back with a solution that worked great for our transport needs. He did so with flexibility on the timing and provided us with continuous updates, at least 2-3 times per day as the cargo was being delivered across the country. I ABSOLUTELY would seek out TEC in the future for my interstate cargo needs.

I needed to get a large crate to Washington DC to a senator and Tim and Justin helped me get it there in record time along with passing it threw security gates it needed to go threw, top notch company and will be using them a lot to move museums crates in the future!!! thanks again!!!

Never shipped LTL before and TEC made it easy. Found TEC through a sponsored ad while googling LTL Freight Shipping. (And after becoming hopelessly frustrated with both FedEx and UPS.) I called in on a whim, got Tim who was incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive. I'm a freight shipping novice, and Tim was happy to answer my dumb questions. Tim was careful to temper my expectations that because the order was being put in on a Friday it likely wouldn't get to its destination until the following Monday -- I appreciate this because I hate to be overpromised and disappointed. That said, the package arrived the next Thursday, which was perfect, and now I'm pleasantly surprised and giving a 5 star review.

Would recommend Great, constant communication. They mean what they say, and they back up what they say with their actions. When I expedite something, it is definitely expedited. I plan on using them in the future for when my customer needs something NOW. Or at the very least within the same day, depending on where it's coming from. Awesome service, Justin Peroli is fantastic.

They were are the site for the pickup and ran into a small issue and contacted me right away. they we able to resolve it and get the package picked up and delivered fast.
