What would I do without them!? Very helpful staff and are very flexible with accommodations to help me with my ever changing storage needs. I own a small business and we sometimes need space for inventory that is stacking up and delivery times are no where near, being able to expand quickly and deflate back to a normal storage size is really handy! Quiet, well lit, safe, and clean. Five stars in my book!

Long time customer I have been renting at this location for nearly 15 years, Now Lock Tight has not owned this locations but for only a few years, but I'll have to say since the new ownership the place has never looked better. Super clean, lighting is excellent, and security is superb. Manager Terry is very customer friendly and very knowledgable about the industry. Before you go out and lease your next storage locker check out the gang at Lock Tight storage on 620 you won't be disappointed !

What could be better? I would like a place to wash my trailer and fill up the water tank. I'd gladly pay a reasonable extra fee for the use of such a facility. Some storage places in the North Austin-Round Rock area claim to have such facilities. Mgmt has been easy to work with. Appreciate being able to plug in on an as-needed basis. Facility is reasonably well maintained.

This is the best storage facility in … This is the best storage facility in this entire area!!! We have been renting units from this facility for 10 + years and absolutely love the ladies especially Mo. I have called on Mo for help with units and RV spaces and she always pulls through not only for me but my mother as well. If you want top notch customer service, this is your spot! The facility is clean and very well maintained. Your property is definitely secured.
