I'd advise first timers that if you have a limited time window to make sure BAH knows that your dates can't be flexible. Once we made our delivery date issue clear, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our shipment was picked up and delivered when we needed it to be. We understand the process now and we'll definately use them again in the future.

Not only did Anthony have a truck setup in a matter of two days, he communicated with both me and the driver every step of the way.
