Wish there was a different design for the hvac unit. The office where the unit is mounted is noisy from the fan. Overall a great value.

We were interested in purchasing a unit and found a good solution at a fair price. Agent worked with us on delivery timing and on providing structural information needed for Foundation design and permitting. Necessary repairs were made to unit.prior to delivery. Everything is almost perfect Everything is perfect, except we can't close the door because the leveling is off. The deliverer leveled the unit before he left, but he used wood scraps that he located on site. That wood has compressed over time so that now the unit is ever so slightly warped. Because of the tight, secure fit of the doors, any minute warpage makes it difficult if not almost impossible to close the door to the point of latching.
