Ship.com is a great tool to have Ship.com is a great tool to have for my small business I love how it connects into my square platform so easy to use once invoice is paid it allows you to generate a label and sends customer an email that order was shipped also the shipping rates are very reasonable.. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a shipping service!

I like being able to batch print labels to make shipping more efficient. Being able to automatically email customers with tracking information saves time and helps me provide great customer service with zero extra effort.

Very user friendly Ship.com is very easy to use and process orders that need to be shipped. I opted for the $9.00/month program . There are nice features to utilize such as rewards programs for customers. While I don’t ship out very frequently, over the last few years that I have utilized the website, I’ve not had one single problem accessing or using any of the features on the website. Overall I’ve enjoyed using ship.com for my shipping needs.

I also really appreciate the marketing features available. I use them to automate emails to my customers. And I really how the cost is much lower than it would be if I sent my packages straight through usps.

Ship is so easy with purchasing labels… Ship is so easy with purchasing labels for my packages.. which I love. It truly cuts down on time.. so I can be faster with my shipping process. Plus you can do like a reward program for your customers. After so many orders you can give them an incentive and ship basically helps you keep up with. It’s so much easier.
