GBInexpensive and reliable but room for improvement Once the shipping label was delivered, It was good. Before that some delay in communication, got fedex even though asked for dhl, user interface can be made more user friendly

GBI was very pleased with the service I… I was very pleased with the service I received when I sent a package from the US to Ireland. The commercial invoice got lost in transit and the package lay in customs for two weeks. Mamta Hazarika managed to get a new invoice to Ireland and made sure the package was delivered. Thanks again
