Neptune Auto Tramsport exceeded my expectations! There are so many transport brokers out there and you have to do your research to find a reputable one that uses reputable transporters. This is my third car from the west coast, she traveled almost 3000 miles to get to me. I chose Neptune based on their reviews I researched on multiple platforms. Fred was very communicative and always answered my calls. He picked up my car on Monday, the day he promised, the only issue was the transport company he chose for me delayed the second pickup from their yard for four days and my car would have been delayed by at least another four days or more for delivery. I alerted Fred and he found another transport that picked my car up from the other transport’s yard and still got my car to me on the following Tuesday, still a day earlier than Fred originally promised with the first transport. Fred took great care of me and my “new” one owner 2006 Corvette and I would trust him with any vehicle I needed transported. In his business there are a lot of other brokers that will say and promise deliveries and prices just to get your business. Fred was straight up and every move he made reassured me I made the best choice to transport the car of my dreams. My car arrived undamaged, and was loaded on top of the transport at my request.
