Alex was excellent Alex was excellent. In fact the delivery was so efficient It arrived in Texas from Oregon in 4 days. He worked directly with my daughter and coordinated with the driver. The driver was friendly and I could see he really cared about the cargo he was carrying. Excellent experience Excellent experience. 1st time I ever shipped a car. Customer service was great from everyone. Shane promptly responded every time I called and even though there was a hiccup with the original driver Shane promptly recovered and found another driver. Bill was my driver and he was very professional and provided great customer service. My vette was delivered as promised even arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected in the same condition as picked up. If I ever need to ship a car again I will not hesitate to call Shane again.
