GBThe color was completely wrong The color was completely wrong, nothing like the mockup. When we contacted Zebra Pack, the response we were given was that there were inevitably color variations based on printin on poly bubble mailers. I give it 2 stars because of the disposition to solve the problem. However, it is unfortunate that as a client we were not warned or notified prior to printing these of possible color issues. We should have received proof to approve, were we could consciously decide if the color variation was acceptable or not. In this case it is a completely waste of our money, we cannot use.

GBNever received paid sample and no reply from customer service We ordered a sample 3 weeks ago that we paid for. We haven't received it. I wrote them 3 business days ago asking when we could expect it, and still haven't heard anything back. We don't have faith that this business will meet our needs.
