no care taken in packaging, nor extra services added I paid extra per item upon consolidation into the shipment. none were wrapped individually. They were all put together in a single outer layer of bubble wrap and not even put in a box, but had cardboard taped fully around it. These were hardcover books and without separate wrapping (paid extra for each item) they rubbed together and scratched. Without being in a real box with the structure to support it, most of the corners were smashed and dust jackets wrinked. I paid $75 to forward 3 books from UK to US and they are all damaged because packaging instructions were not followed nor a real box used for international shipping. After filing a claim I was refunded my shipping forwarding costs.

Reasonable Price and Fast Shipping Shipping fee was reasonable, and it only took a few days from shipped to arrived. Will use again

User interface is excellent, BUT… User interface is excellent. However, the service and shipping cost is very high. I will be looking into other alternatives as it shouldn’t cost $28 to ship one t-shirt.

Just stick t Honestly, they run a good service but I don't appreciate commentary on the products that I'm buying. I bought a piece of political memorabilia and the customs claim that inputted by their workers that gets submitted to customs referred to it as "ugly hat" as they surely had a different political viewpoint. I believe it's their right to think the hat is ugly as it's my right to think communism will endanger my children's future but, as a company, I feel it's petty and childish to label items they don't like as "ugly".
