I initially had some concerns and questions, I called up customer service, they answered everything above and beyond and we're extremely helpful. And once I accepted a bid for the load, the Hall company was fantastic as well, they were quick, responsive, on time, and super friendly when they showed up. We would definitely use your service again thank you very much for your help with transporting the load.

GBI had a odd sized load and back story I had a odd sized load and back story. 26' concession trailer loaded on standard flatbed that had rolled. Sitting in original shippers yard. Insured was of no help but broker and drivers hired outside tow service to crane off and put on transport truck and step deck. Hauled from East Texas to Oregon with no problems and mostly on time. Driver and broker kept us up to date. Thanks.

GBWorst experience with a shipping…for a first time customer of FR8Star. Worst experience with a shipping company. Staff and management not helpful. I paid deposit on load and company refused to refund deposit on load they did not haul. FR8Star was no help and refused to assist with assisting with my refund. Company posted dimensions of load from auction on equipment that I purchased out of state, sight unseen. The dimensions FR8Star posted were incorrect and FR8Star expected me to validate the dimensions on equipment that was purchased at auction. website does not clearly state this and they kept my deposit and management refused to assist in refunding a deposit for a load that was not hauled by FR8Star. poor customer service!

GBLet down with a happy ending. After a friend of mine told me at the last minute that he couldn't deliver a Wheel Loader. I was put in touch with FR8Star and explained I had until Friday to remove the Loader or additional fees would be accessed. They asked me for the parameters of the equipment and the destination. Within four hours I had one bid and more bids arrived until I was satisfied with the cost. The time to pick up and the delivery was within reason, and I gave the go ahead on Thursday. The trucker picked up the load Friday and delivered it Monday. I was very happy with their performance and their price. Would I use them again? The obvious answer is a resounding YES!

GBWhen I booked the haul When I booked the haul, it was picked up within 48 hours and was on its way. They were no harassing phone calls demanding payment just 20% down for fr8 star. Driver was very nice and had the load secured better I could’ve hoped. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone if they have something that needs hauled.
