OMMissing details My shipment arrived with missing address details, so the team had to deal with it and for that reason there was an additional fee was to be added to the expenses, but after explaining the reasons and that it wasn’t my fault, they were very understanding and helpful and kindly waived the fee. AUSet up was difficult first time It was not possible to see why I could not proceed NEXT in the process of forwarding my goods, all because I did not know to click THE SAVE symbol which would then show an error that I could reticfy. The online chat bot is next to useless they should try alternative. TOOK ME HOURS tonwork this out. However the process after this went smoothly, they are very good in person and doing what they promise. They just need to remember some people are first time users.

Arrived well packaged and as I had requested with their options and it was with me inside 6 days. Will keep using them for sure!

SAHigh Prices. I have been using MyUS for over 5 years now. Recently, a friend recommended another service to me. However, I found that the prices for the new service are 100% higher than MyUS. I would suggest lowering your prices, otherwise, this will be the only time I use your service. Fyi used the dimensions weigh and normal weigh and you are double their prices.
