GBMoving is always difficult unless UR is at your side Moving is always difficult. Intercontinental moving is a nightmare. For my move, I had the following 4 as my top concerns: Packing, Shipment, Customs Clearance, and Delivery. I must admit that Universal Relocations (UR) exceeded expectations in every parameter. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. UR was highly professional, knowledgeable and upfront about everything. They helped me with documentation, and packing and continued to follow up at the right time to make sure that the next steps were not delayed. As soon as the packing was done and picked up from home, within 24 hours, I started getting tracking information about the exact status and location of the package. I must admit, it was fun tracking my package in the container through different sea locations and countries. Their email update system is top-notch with weekly summaries and accurate information. It did let me know of a few days delay in Singapore port and the complete replan of the delivery schedule. Even before the shipment arrived at the port of entry, the team in UR reached out for customs clearance documentation. The whole clearance was a breeze. Once cleared, the packages were shipped in UR's own fleet of vehicles with tracking information. The packages traveled 10K miles and arrived at my home without any damage. I was worried for nothing about my very expensive music system. Throughout this entire journey, Sini from the UR team continued to follow up and keep me updated on the progress. After the package arrived, she even followed up to make sure that there was no damage for insurance claims. I will highly recommend UR to my friends and others. Truly professional and service that exceeds well beyond expectations.

GBPathetic company to work with Pathetic company to work with. I shipped my entire house hold stuff from India to USA. 46 boxes in April. And then 6 boxes in June. Both billed separately for us. The first shipment arrived in June and I had to keep that in storage for 3 months and paid for it to universal. The other 6 boxes arrived in august and got delivered to me in August itself. Now, in October my rest of the shipment was delivered but they lost 7 boxes. Lot of stuff damaged. Now, team is refusing to corporate and says gang only one box is missing. No one picks calls and replies to emails with multiple follow ups. DO NOT CHOOSE UNIVERSAL RELOCATIONS.

INWonderful and Amazing Service ! We recently moved from Virginia to Bangalore. A few of my friends had used universal relocation and advised me to use their services. When I contacted then regarding my shipment and to gather more info, I was assigned with a dedicated person to handle all my queries. He was able to clear all my doubts and was able to guide me though the entire process of getting the packages ready. The packages were picked up at my doorstep without any hassle. When we moved to India, I had to change my delivery address and they were very accommodating. I had to pay the change of address charges but was simple and quick. During the entire process, I received phone calls and emails with regular updates of the shipment. The communication was top notch. There were delays in the ship arriving (Which is totally understandable) but I was impressed by the level of clarity, transparency and communication provided by them. I received my package after 4 months( which is slightly longer than I had expected). to my surprise, the packages were in the exact same condition the way I had handed them over with not a single damage to either the box or the content. I even had a few fragile items which arrived in perfect condition. Kudos to the entire team ranging from customer service to logistic for such a wonderful job. I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend their services to people considering shipping their stuff !
