GBDestroyed our family's vehicle My parents shipped a vehicle to our son to be his first car. They worked with Nexus, who subcontracted with a smaller company. The vehicle was totaled after the truck transporting our vehicle struck the underside of the bridge (inadequate clearance). The most interesting part is that they will not issue a refund since they technically shipped the vehicle as agreed...the fact that the vehicle is a total loss is irrelevant.

DEGreat Communication so far! Great Communication so far! Vehicle has not been delivered yet, but once I notified the company of my estimated delivery date to port of entry, they reached out and provided details on what I needed to do. So far things are good.

GBNexus needs to do better I have used nexus a few times in last 5 years always had nothing but good things to say about nexus until I dealt with Logan he was pushing and over step is place in are interaction and lastly calling me a liar. Attention LOGAN I ended up using a driver from North Carolina that I have used in passed. By the way I found this driver on USHIP Last year
