Great company We have used this company for the past two summers. They are responsive, great website that’s easy to use and very reliable. We wouldn’t use any other company to get our kids camp bags to/from camp.

FedEx lost the shipping label (got separated from suitcase, apparently this happens a lot) and FedEx staff found the return label inside the suitcase upon a search to ID it. So they attached the return label and sent it back to me! A shipcamps rep called to notify me of the issue and arranged for it to get rerouted back to its original destination without my having to do anything. It eventually arrived to my child’s camp 4 biz days later. And they called to give me updates bc I was definitely in a panic. Huge relief, and appreciated the proactive solution. The return of the suitcase had no-issues.

Quick turnaround Bags were delivered a day after they were picked up from camp, four days before the initial date we were given. A pleasant surprise.

Exceptional international service Ship Camp is a wonderful service that made our camp experience so much better. We moved to France last year and I wasn't sure how I would handle our kids' huge bags coming back. It was a great surprise to find out that a service existed out there that shipped bags internationally. Bags were picked up at camp on time and arrived in France within five days. Fee is reasonable for such a long itinerary. Customer service always responds within minutes via email. Impressive service !
