Infested with mice I'd take these positive reviews with a grain of salt because the building of my climate-controlled unit has become infested with mine. Most, if not all, of my belongings are no longer salvageable. The only reason one leases a storage unit is for a safe space for one's things, and unfortunately, they won't be safe here. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Top notch experience I had an excellent experience working with Guardian. Unlike many places, you can call Guardian and speak directly with the person running the facility. They provide an accurate, no pressure quotation. Once you decide on the space, they set everything up online and have your storage area, paperwork, and lock prepared on move in day. The facility is well gated, super organized, and clean. I have confidence that my items will be clean and safe.
