A great company to broker your auto transport! I am so glad that I went with Amerifreight! I happened to get Amanda at Amerifreight. She was very kind, and I just got a good feeling when speaking with her. Immediately I felt I could trust her and her opinion. She put our transport out for bid and contacted me as soon as she got a hit. Well, for whatever reason, the actual transport company reneged on our agreed dates for pickup and drop off. That upset me. I felt like the transport company was doing a bait and switch. I immediately contacted Amanda at Amerifreight and told her the story and that I wanted nothing to do with that transporting company. Amanda agreed and put us out to bid again. We got another hit for the transport. This time the transport company wouldn't call me back. That pissed me off. I figure if they wouldn't return calls before they get the vehicle they probably wouldn't stay in contact when they picked up the vehicle. Once again I contacted Amerifreight and told Amanda what happened. Amanda and her manager contacted the transport company called them out. They lied about why they didn't call me etc. Amanda once again, put me out for bid. When we got a hit, Amanda herself researched the company and gave me the name to check them out myself. I trusted her opinion when she told me she felt good about them. Amanda was right! the third company we used. They were fantastic and things went smoothly. If you're thinking you don't want/need an auto broker, you might want to reconsider. Amerifreight (Amanda) were a great go between and worth every penny. Thank you Amerifreight, Amanda and Amanda's manager. Your empathy for my situation and honesty made my shipping of a car so much more reassuring.

Great service Great service! I had an issue where the carrier (Onway logitics) cancelled on the day of pick up and that was terrible. I had to leave that same day. So I called Amerfreight for help and they immediately helped me. Found me another carrier in a few hours and all was good except for the delay in leaving. Overall very satisfied with Amerfreight. They made it easy for me to transport my car across states.

CT to WA transport I had a complicated transcontinental shipment of a classic car coordinated by Jen Sylvester, an Amerifreight broker. I have never experienced the level of care and personal attention to detail in any human transaction of my 75 years of life that was provided by this outstanding person, She was always there, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and just plain nice, A difficult shipment was smoothed and coordinated beyond what I thought possible. Dozens of phone calls and emails. She was on top of everything. She seems to always be at work and available. If I had a business Jen Sylvester would be my manager of Customer Service, period. I simply can't give a higher evaluation or recommendation. Use Amerifreight and ask for Jennifer Sylvester as your agent.
