When I reported to chase the did an investigation. These crooks mailed me an old wig on 3/10 and told chase they shipped and had tracking. Ladies…! Lores Jesus please punish these crooks that their pockets always stay empty.

CAI bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and… I bought a 12” Bob wig from Uolova and I received a 10” inch wig. I have emailed them numerous times, sent them WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages and am yet to get a reply. I asked them to refund me the difference between the two wigs or send me the wig I bought and I have just been ignored. Their customer service is just the worst and I would really love someone to deal with my issue!

GBThis is my first time ordering This is my first time ordering. I ordered a wig for my mom as a birthday gift. They give you an order number after setting up your account but without the order number it’s not even showing where an order has been placed period. I placed my order on the 23rd, one answers the phone when I called. And on top of that shipping is supposed to take 3-5 business days and it still reads “processing”. Why do I feel like I’m being set up for disappointment?? If they come thru I will definitely give a positive update and apologize but until then…

GBThis company suck This company suck! They are a complete scam. I ordered a wig almost a month ago and I have not received it nor have any one provided me with a confirmation code or a way to track my order. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Never again will I order from here! Their communication is so tacky and unprofessional. Its giving nothing but SCAM at this point for me!

GBAn disappointed customer There has to be done with this company....Taking people money, not answering telephone calls, not sending out orders and not even responding to emails sent to them regarding orders that was placed but this shady ass company most definitely took the money. I sent an email to this company regarding an order I'd placed in January 2024 and still haven't received my order. Now I want a full refund. People don't have money to just throw away. Now start sending out refunds on orders placed or send us our orders. This is so sad that a company does this. This is what happens when you try to support a company.
