The only reason i rate them with 1 star… The only reason i rate them with 1 star is because i do not have no choise. i was so disappointed with that company, they send me the wrong order and their hairs are sooooo looking cheapppp and plastic. they should get reported, they are a ripped off. NEVER NEVER AGAIN, LADIES STAY AWAY....

Clearly fake pictures/Sent me an unwearable wig… Clearly fake pictures in the product description. Sent me a hideous wig that I didn’t order. The wig in the pictures were normal with wispy ends, the one that I got was a 16” bob with blunt ends. Completely unwearable and I paid $135 CAD for a wig that looked awful. Like someone had just hacked at the ends with dollar store scissors. I messaged them asking how this happened, and why I got a wig totally different from the description, they said is a bob wig that most clients love. I responded there was nothing in the description that said it was a bob, if it did I wouldn’t have ordered it. I’m actually devastated cause I’ve ordered from them before (December of ‘22) and loved what I received but now it’s a complete scam. I returned the wig the day after I received it was so ugly. If I don’t receive a full refund I will file a charge back with my bank. They clearly are just sending people wigs no one else wanted or already returned, hoping whoever does receive it doesn’t file a dispute and just puts up with it so that can get rid of units no one was buying. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Please avoid and save your hard earn money From sending the wrong length and density to continuous knotty kinky wigs and lace wigs that bald within a month. Stay away. I have spent thousands with this company over the years- but enough is enough a the other quality is very poor

ISEE Hair LIE to their customers ISEE hair lie about what they are selling to people. I purchased '9A' Peruvian hair and when I bleached it it at least half of it fell out. I have been bleaching and dying hair for 15 years, I know exactly what I am doing and this has never happened to me. I sent them videos and pictures and they said it was my fault, they are refusing to give me my money back. This is actually illegal because in the UK if you buy something faulty or are mis sold an item the seller MUST give you back your money. DO NOT trust this company.

I love my hair I love my hair ! It’s true to length and so soft and beautiful . It also came very quickly ! The lace could use a little more work but nevertheless the wig is beautiful and easy to work with
