Not human hair I bought a topper and it said it was human hair and 12 inches long. Neither were true plus it took forever to get it to me. There are sooo many wig places out there don’t go to this one!!

Not a good response from them I am asking for their return address! If it is China or somewhere in that region then I will stop doing business with them! It’s too bad because I have received my other orders and they were the right color!

Please be careful Please be careful. This is a scam. The company claims to have shipped the items (and provided a tracking number) and then a month later told me the order was 6 weeks away from despatch. 5 requests to cancel the order and refund have been met with refusal and an offer to refund 10% then 20% then 30% and so on. TOTAL SCAM.

Buy cheap buy twice The wigs did arrive and were easy to track via the tracking number, so no issues there. They are certainly not lace capped like in the advert so they do look like wigs, synthetic hair that feels quite cheap and a bit shiny. All in all a bit over priced for what you get, the advertising makes them look amazing so I think customers expectations are very high and the quality of the product will not match what customers are expecting to receive. Would be absolutely fine for a dress up evening but doubt you could pass this off for real hair without some serious tinkering (have see videos online to help make them look more real).

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had to leave one star to leave a review. This company is gawdawful. The wigs are NOT the color advertised and you cannot return them as they make it impossible and tell you that you got what you ordered. I have bought from 5 others who are great but these guys are the WORST!
