Nice wig but color doesn’t match picture at all I was concerned after weeks following my order And no response to my inquiries in addition to some of the reviews I read that this was a scam. Then order arrived after 5 weeks right as I was about to cancel. The wig is very nice, but the color did not match the picture. I believe the pictures are not intended to be pictures of the actual wigs, but merely of the general color/style. However, the brown color in my wig was very red/brassy and the blond color very orange/yellow - a contrast to the cool tones in the picture. I used GBG Purple Shampoo on it for 20 minutes and this took care of the problem, creating quite a beautiful color. I realize this shampoo/conditioner isn’t recommended on wigs but just one use didn’t do any damage. This is a shampoo specifically recommended for bronde - many others might have created further braziness in the brown hair - that’s why I mention the brand of the product I used.

Declivery was depected relatiely fast. The prodct was pretty much as described. It would have been nice to have a bit more infmataion about the wig and graphic to indicate the lenhgt of the wig. All in all, it was a nice purchsing experience and the I got the possuct that I was looking for. The price was fine and I would shop from them again.

Wigs in méxico! After receiving my second wig, I had no problem with the shipment, it arrives just the days that DHL says, that is, 4 days, and I live in Mexico. I asked for a pink wig and a blonde one, only that one didn't have the exact color of the image, it was a bit more platinum, but from there on out, just that.

refund in time I posted a 1 star review 26 Dec because of not like the wigs I had received and Everydaywigs's failure to respond to my emails(maybe vacation). Since then, I was contacted by Belle who made it a priority to resolve my issue. She contacted me several times to ask how I wanted to be compensated and ensured that I received a refund. I appreciate that Everydaywigs followed up and treated me like a valued customer.

I was super satisfied. Fast shipping, the wig is amazing and gorgeous. After that, i purchased 2 more wigs from them last january 30th. Its today Feb, 4th and i got them delivered efficiently by DHL. They provide an excellent costumer service. Free shipping. And their wigs are absolutely amazing. I will certainly buy more. Plus, they will help you with a receipt if you email them, If DHL asks you for it for customs clearance!
