THE BOSLEY SENIOR COUNSELOR, CAROLINA DOMINGUEZ(WHITE PLAINS) LIED TO ME 1800 GRAFTS WILL BE ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND LOOKS WELL, TOOK ADVANCE DEPOSIT.ON THE DAY OF PROCEDURE DR.WEST SAID, MAY NEED A REPEAT PROCEDURE TO ADD THICKNESS.THESE ALL THINGS SHOULD BE INFORMED DURING CONSULTATION WITH COUNSELOR. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set. During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.

I was late for my appointment 4/25 with… I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you, Frank Barbuto

I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was… I had a 1,700 grafts done and it was all single strand hair, there was not 3 hairs in each follicles. I was told my hair would cover half of my scalp and have a strong hairline in front. Bosley is a scam, the doctor started my procedure then had two inexperienced females doing it after he left. While I was talking to them, they had no certificate or anything to make them be able to do the procedure on my head! They told me that I would get refunded for the hair grafts that didn’t take.

What a disappointment of a company What a disappointment of a company. They spend so much on radio ads, but obviously not enough on customer service. Two straight days I blocked out time in my schedule for an appointment, two straight days, no phone call, no appointment, and no contact from anyone one. Their answering service is no more than a company that takes notes and emails other departments with zero follow-up. Do not waste your valuable time.
