GBNEVER EVER AGAIN!! Where to begin... 1) Lack of communication. They dont answer emails or return phonecalls. 2) They short shipped my order. Still waiting for my dextrose which I ordered in December. They are not replying my emails or phonecalls. I guess I lost the money. Kristian

GBNever Again Terrible customer service. Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. Emailed them about a week in and was told it was ready to be sent out. Another week passed and still nothing. My account status shows that it's still processing with no tracking # available. I emailed them again but yet to get a response. I called and left a voice message (must be a very small company) and never got a return call. At this point, I just hope I get my money back if the product won't come. I will NEVER EVER do business with this crap of a company ever again.

GBSuch a con was offered 45% discount as… Such a con was offered 45% discount as a first time customer, but the code didn’t work on their website. Nor did it show the discount and the order went in at full price. I cancelled the order via email within 10 minutes but they still shipped the items and took my money. Terrible customer service I would never recommend them or buy from them again. I’m sick of sending emails with not positive solution. The company should look at its website and put in a process to check orders for customer cancellations before sending out any items. Their return policy states sender pays postage but the parcel is big and heavy and will cost £20 or more to return to get my £51 refund. There are much better companies out there to spend your hard earned money with!
