They published my 1st website, which I was happy with. I paid for an animation website never received it, I had prepaid for 4 websites, they refuse to publish the second website when I start to complain about it, they went and shut down the first website they had published. Very unprofessional!! I requested a refund, they flat out told me noway. They are NOT honest upfront on what things will cost to get your website going and keep baiting you into paying more and more money then was told up front. They’ll tell me that my website belongs to them I can not go to another company. They lock me out of your own website. DO NOT use these companies' Web Design Profs or Designing Avenue! They are Scammer, Scammer, Scammer...

$875 charged to my credit card With NO Authorization Designing Avenue offer me a logo for 35 dollar. i paid the $35 then they took $875.00 for trade mark registration With Out my Authorization. David Myer took that money a he even make up fake receipts, he is a criminal. and he should be prosecuted for stealing money from hard working people unfortunately i read the bad reviews too late. i hope this help somebody to Not fall in the hands of this bunch of ladrones... better you never cross my way

STAY AWAY! DesignTeam not only has been taking forever on completing my logo, but has had unprofessional and terrible communication along the way. I was told over a month ago someone would reach out to me to finalize. No one ever set up a date or a time, so the one call I received was at an extremely inconvenient time. They left no messages. When I finally got back to them, the service person on the phone blamed ME for my file taking so long. THEN the person proceeded to try and up-sell me to investing in their web design. I said no, literally four times, before THEY hung up on me. I still do not have my logo file that I've already paid for. I am going to be disputing this with my credit company and with BBB. Terrible. STAY AWAY!

Horrible service Horrible service! Paid for a logo package that stated that I would have full ownership but was never given a statement that says I own the label. When I asked for it, was given the run around for 2 months —I still haven’t received it!

It was excellent working with Designing… It was excellent working with Designing Avenue. They understood from the very beginning what I wanted. They came up with several initial designs that we really liked and then modified them and now we love our new logo. An outstanding value and experience for sure. Very professional and we certainly utilize services again when needed. Thank you.
