GBUnderstand the hair type you order first… I can't say I've had any issues with Curls Curls wigs. I do think the wigs can come from a different donor at various times, so the hair may be different from the one you may have had prior. But not like some of the disappointing comments I read on here. I have 2 Hb wigs an 2 machine wigs all as advertised on their website. They do have quality hair! That is curl/kinky hair that is responsive to product, thou you need to keep in mind what hair type wig you have, an use product according to that hair type of the wig! An use a proper detangling brush an always spray the hair first! Dry brushing is a NO and is not good for the unit and hair overall. Including product buildup. Curls Curls hair love water (Distilled) treat it well an you unit can look healthy & natural.

GBsynthetic and cheap hair I purchased clip ins in Afro kinky, kinky curly, Burmese, kinky straight and natural curly and i couldn't believed my eyes after one week of wearing. All the clip ins were purchased in 16inch and after a week, the clip ins looks like its 10inch , the amount of shedding was crazy, i contacted the customer service and nothing was done about it. i have now open a dispute to see if i can get my money back. the hair is cheap and i believe is synthetic. Terrible customer service both on instagram and email responder. Avoid and save your money is not worth it. i would give them 0 star if possible.

GBI bought the kinky clip ins from… I bought the kinky clip ins from curlscurls.Order#80016790. I washed and condition them with alot of shedding. I even finger detangled them and the shedding continued!! Also the clips were too small to secure this type of hair. What a WASTE of my money and time!!

GBHad to report company to my bank. I purchased hair from this company on the 2nd of this month. It's the 11 th and still have know tracking number. I contacted Cora who works there to be told lies about my order shipping and it never shipped out. I tried to contact Cora several times after but she never responded back. So I started a claim with my bank Navy Federal today because this business is very unprofessional and has poor customer service.

GBDoesn't behave like real Human hair. This is an update. Something Shady is going on with trust pilot and this company, CURLS QUEEN, is the name, that I reviewed. Now my review is under the company CURLS CURLS, which I have never heard of. My review was from my order from CURLS QUEEN. with that in mind... Read on. OK. I take writing a bad review very serious, particular when you can discredit the reputation of a company. With that said, I have to agree with another reviewer... The hair does not behave like real hair. I bought the curls queen water Jerry Curl clip ins, and slept with a silk cap, did not brush them dry, conditioned them, and treated them like real hair. Moisturizer etc. Who wouldnt when paying such a pretty penny. My hair shedded unbelievable on the first wash and it was tangled and matted. It was so bad I took photos. How could this last a year when one wash made them look matted and lots of hair was lost. I think the infuencers they send samples to get top quality Remy hair, but I'm certain the hair I got was not that at all and it was a synthetic blend. It tangles so easily its impossible to untangle even wet with detangler. I sent pictures and an email to the customer service team and although they were sympathetic, the only offered a $20 discount. Needless to say, I am still unsatisfied. If you don't hear anyhing from a customer, it means your product delivered. Who would drop this kind of money to deal with issues like this? So, I ordered another water Jerry Curl because I'm curious how this new order will be. I will update you on the differentiation of the quality between my first order and this new one, if there is some, one way or another. I'd say, exactly what another reviewer wrote: the hair just doesn't bahave like real human hair. It tangled and matted and knotted worse then anything, even after care and doing actually everything in the videos they sent, in response to my message, as if I don't know how to care for curly hair as a black person. Seriously? And to curls queen: I have dropped another $260.. You have one more chance to prove this isn't a scam. And don't insult your black customers by sending them videos on how to care for their own hair allbeit curly, kiny, 4C to 3A hair. Our time investment and money lies in our expertise in how we know how to care for our hair. I Will update you when I get the other order. Underwhelmed, Disappointed and let down.
